Why Refit your tender with us?
NS Yacht Service Is Proud of worked with some of the largest superyachts in the world on their tender
I don’t have a superyacht - why does this matter?
Building for a superyacht requires the highest level of attention to detail, quality control of materials, and a level of communication. It sets the bar high - and this is what we want to do for all of our clients. The result is a unique object of beauty, whether in aesthetics, performance, or both.
This sounds expensive - Is it worth it?
Investing in high quality components that we source internationally certainly can cost more than a mid grade component from a local supplier. As is the extra time it takes to measure, cut, and finish every part perfectly. However, with this type of consideration often the lifespan of the boat is longer; less downtime for repairs and higher functionality of the boat often results in a higher resale value negating the higher initial amount of the refit.
Its just a tender, why would i want to invest in it?
A tender is your access to the beach, to the restaurant, or to pull around the toys. It does garbage runs, picks up and drops off passengers, and is often the first thing your child learns to drive. We want it to be comfortable, be dry, and go fast - all difficult things to do at the same time. It is the major difference between a good trip and an excellent trip, a small world and a big one.
what is the process?
We begin by consulting with you on the use cases, current issues, and overall vision for the tender. This can be as simple as freshening up the gelcoat, installing a new dash and MFD, and redoing the upholstery to hull modifications, suspension seating, lift points, carbon fibre consoles, and a complete repower.
We then discuss budget, put together an estimate and timeline, and sign a build contract. From there, we will keep you updated on the progress of the project and go forward with the build as planned. If chances need to be made, we are more than happy to adapt. After sea trials, we preform an acceptance trial with you as the owner where you take possession of your new pristine tender.
